Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive an email with tracking when your order ships.

Shipping method and delivery time

We ship by USPS. Delivery within the United States takes about 5 days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; carrier delays can happen, especially around holidays.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on orders over $100. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time. Orders ship from Maryland, USA.

Wrong address

Please check your address before placing your order. If you need to change it, email phototrustamz@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot change the address once the order has shipped.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking stops updating or your package arrives damaged, email phototrustamz@gmail.com with your order number. For damage, please include photos of the package and the part.
