How do I find the part for my camera?
Use "Shop our range" on the home page: choose your camera brand, then the kind of part. You can also type your camera model into the search bar, for example "Canon 70D battery door".
How do I know a part fits my camera?
Each product title and description lists the camera models it fits. If your model is not listed, email phototrustamz@gmail.com before ordering and we will check for you.
Are these original manufacturer parts?
No. Our parts are replacement parts, made to fit the camera models named in each listing.
Do you include installation instructions?
Parts are sold without instructions unless the listing says otherwise. Our Repair Guides cover common repairs. Some repairs need small tools and care with delicate connectors; if you are unsure, a repair shop can fit the part for you.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and ship by USPS. Delivery within the United States takes about 5 days after the order ships. See our Shipping Policy.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at this time. We ship to addresses in the United States only.
Can I return a part?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, in its original condition. A 15% restocking fee applies, and the buyer pays for return shipping. See our Return Policy for the details.
The part arrived damaged, or it is the wrong one. What do I do?
Email phototrustamz@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We will replace the part or refund you in full. You do not pay for return shipping or a restocking fee.
